Lois H. Yamaguchi concentrates her civil practice in the areas of product liability and other tort defense, commercial and complex litigation, professional liability, health care malpractice and toxic tort. She has successfully represented a wide array of local, national and international clients in state and federal court and in administrative agencies, and has effectively advocated for those clients in arbitrations, mediations and settlement negotiations. She has been a member of Defense Research Institute (DRI) since 1997 and is admitted to practice in all Hawaii state and federal courts and in the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Irwin received his Juris Doctor degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa, graduating cum laude. During law school, Mr. Irwin competed as a member of the Client Counselling Team, volunteered at Legal Aid, and taught law-related classes in Honolulu high schools. Prior to arriving at Roeca Luria Shin, he clerked in First Circuit Court for the Honorable Bert I. Ayabe.
